KIT-F1: THIS IS OUR DELUXE FRAME SET-UP, EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO START YOUR TRIKE. 

This is the deluxe frame set-up made for our bodies. The neck frame is lined up and leveled with a laser level, then the dog bone that is made out of 5/16" material is welded onto the IRS suspension (IF AVAILABLE). The neck frame is made out of 2” by 2” by ¼” square tubing. The steering neck is welded on a 37-degree rake and comes with neck stops and 1” bearings & dust cap. The rear body mount is made of 1-1/2” by 1-1/2” by ¼” angle iron which is bolted from shock tower to shock tower and is used to support & bolt the body too.  The front of the body is bolted to the front body mount near the steering neck.  The IRS is sand blasted, and then all of the parts are primer painted. 
Kit-F1 comes with the IRS suspension (IF AVAILABLE), steering neck, rear body mount, hydraulic break / clutch system, the adjustable “T”-bar, the shifter box welded on, the shift linkage welded together which is called “Kit-C”, with a bolt on battery box, the slave cylinder kit,the brake line kit,the stainless steel one piece motor cage,the motor cage to body mounting brackets, and the 14 gallon aluminum gas tank & mounting brackets. 
You will be responsible for the IRS bushings, bearings, mechanics, and the rear brakes.  Some assembly is required. 

The cost of Kit-F1 is only $3349.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location.  Add $50.00for extra crate fee if shipped in the same crate with the body.

KIT-F2: THIS IS OUR DELUXE FRAME SET-UP, EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO START YOUR TRIKE. 

     Kit-F2 comes with the IRS suspension (IF AVAILABLE), steering neck, rear body mount, hydraulic break / clutch system, the adjustable “T”-bar, the shifter box welded on, the shift linkage welded together which is called “Kit-C”, with a bolt on battery box, the slave cylinder kit, the brake line kit. 
You will be responsible for the IRS bushings, bearings, mechanics, and the rear brakes.  Some assembly is required.  

The cost of Kit-F2 is only $2313.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location.  Add $50.00for extra crate fee if shipped in the same crate with the body.

 

KIT-F3: STEERING NECK, REAR BODY MOUNT, INCLUDING IRS SUSPENSION WELDED ON, SAND BLASTED, AND PRIMED.

    This is the basic frame set-up made for our bodies.  The neck frame is lined up with a laser lever then the dog bone is welded , to an IRS suspension (if available) that will be sand blasted and primer painted. You will be responsible for the IRS bushings, bearings, mechanics, and the rear brakes.  This kit comes assembled.

KIT-F3 is $1211.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location.  Add $50.00 for extra crate fee if shipped in the same crate with the body.

 

 

 

KIT-F4: THIS IS OUR DELUXE STEERING NECK & REAR BODY MOUNT.

 

 

     This is the deluxe frame set-up made for our bodies, ready to weld to your VW IRS suspension.  The dog bone is made out of 5/16” laser cut material.  The neck frame is made out of 2” by 2” ¼” tubing.  The steering neck is welded on at a 37-degree rake and comes with neck stops and 1” bearings & dust cap.  The rear body mount is made of 1-1/2” by 1-1/2” by ¼” angle which is bolted to the shock towers and is used to support and bolt the body too.  The front of the body is bolted to the front body mount located near the bearing neck.  All the pieces are primer painted. Some assembly is required.

KIT-F4 comes with the hydraulic brake / clutch system, the adjustable “T”-ar, the shifter box welded on, the shifter linkage welded together (known as “KIT-C”), and the bolt on battery box,the slave cylinder kit, the brake line kit. 

 

The cost of KIT-F4 is $1620.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location.

 

F5. OUR BASIC STEERING NECK & BODY MOUNT.

    This is our basic frame set-up made for our bodies, ready to weld to your VW IRS suspension.  The dog bone is made out of 5/16” laser cut material.  The neck frame is made out of 2” by 2” ¼” tubing.  The steering neck is welded on at a 37-degree rake and comes with neck stops and 1” bearings & dust cap.  The rear body mount is made of 1-1/2” by 1-1/2” by ¼” angle which is bolted to the shock towers and is used to support and bolt the body too.  The front of the body is bolted to the front body mount located near the bearing neck.  Both pieces are primer painted.

6. BRAKE / CLUTCH PEDALS, MOUNTING YOKE, AXEL, & CHROME FOOT PEGS

Break / clutch are made from 3/8” material with a ¾” all-thread shaft with locking nuts; yoke is made from 5/16” material laser cut. 

This assembly comes with the brake, clutch, yoke, axel, lock nuts, washers, & chrome foot pedals

7. BRAKE / CLUTCH SYSTEM NOT WELDED TO THE NECK.

 

Brake / clutch pedals are made of 3/8” material, the yoke is made of 5/16” laser cut material, and the heim joints are included on the rod ends on the linkage. Special master cylinder mounting brackets can be bolted to the adjustable “T”-bar mounting plates or can be welded to your neck. This system comes with the break / clutch pedals with their chrome foot pegs, the yoke with the ¾” axel, flat washers, lock nuts, 5/8” bore brake master cylinder, ¾” bore clutch master cylinder, both of the linkages, and the mounting brackets

8. ADJUSTABLE T-BAR.

Made to be adjusted for different leg length’s, and comes with chrome accent foot pegs on the ends of the cross tube.  Mounting plates are designed to be welded onto a 2” by 2” neck.

The cost for the adjustable “T-BAR” and mounting plates is $86.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location.

 

 

9. BOLT ON BATTERY BOX

Made for a 7-1/2” by 9-1/2” by 7-1/2” tall battery from your local discount chain or auto parts store and bolted to the rear body mount cross piece that goes from shock tower to shock tower.

This battery box cost is $40.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location.

 

10. SHIFTER BOX WELDED ON.

The shifter box is welded onto an offset plate and then welded the left side of the neck frame for a 4-speed transmission.

The cost of this shifter box & plate welded on is $35.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location

 

 

11. TOW BAR

 

This tow bar is 6 foot long with an adjustable front wheel mount that is 4” wide with a coupler for a 2” ball, made out of 1” by 1” by 1/8” square tubing.  It comes with a 7/8” removable pin and 2” by 2” by 3/8” material for the “C” clevis that would be welded to the bottom of your frame. The tow bar is primer painted

12A. DNA SPRINGER FRONT END KIT.

Includes 2” to 6” over Springer, front brake caliper, chopper head light & bracket, 4” risers, fender tabs, & beefy handle bars for $1120.00.

13. STAINLESS STEEL ONE PIECE MOTOR CAGE.

 

The motor cage mounts to the bolts on the shock towers and the two bolts of the motor horns.  Some cutting, drilling, and assembly are required.

The cost of the chrome motor cage and the hardware package is $238.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location.

 

14. Motor Cage to Body Mounting Brackets

 

The motor cage brackets are used to support and hold up the body with the travel box mounted to it.  They are made out of 11 gauge flat stock.  It uses the same mounting holes as the license plate. 

The cost of the brackets are $35.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location.

 

 
 

15. HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER KIT.

The slave cylinder kit includes the slave cylinder, the nylon line kit, special mounting bracket for the transmission with metric bolts, a heim joint to let the cylinder pivot freely, and the metric female to male 1/8” by 27 bubble flare fitting for the master cylinder.

16.  THE BRAKE LINE KIT.

 This kit includes 3 each 36” long SS braided brake line, brake light switch, female “T” (for the switch), and the fitting for the master cylinder, and another “T” for the brake line left-right divide, & 2 each 90 degree fittings to go to disc brake wheel cylinders, plus 4 each clamps to hold the brake line.

17.  THE SHIFTER KIT “A”.

 

This kit includes shifter rod end, shifter box bushing w/bolts/lock nuts, shift coupler, special weld-able 3/8” U-joint, and a special [sub-bracket / bushing / bolts / lock nuts] to help stabilize the shifter tube.

 

The cost of this “KIT-A” is $48.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location.

 

18.  THE SHIFTER KIT “B”.

This kit includes shifter rod end, shifter box bushing w/bolts/lock nuts, shift coupler, special weld-able 3/8” U-joint, and a special [sub-bracket / bushing / bolts / lock nuts] to help stabilize the shifter tube, and a new shifter tube cut to the correct length.

The cost of this “KIT-B” is $74.00 plus tax for an Ava pick up or plus P & H & Shipping to your location.

 

19.  THE SHIFTER KIT “C”.

 

This kit includes shifter rod end, shifter box bushing w/bolts/lock nuts, shift coupler, special weld-able 3/8” U-joint, and a special [sub-bracket / bushing / bolts / lock nuts] to help stabilize the shifter tube, and a new shifter tube cut to the correct length and all welded together.
